Our Return Policy: We work hard to give everyone the resources to make the right purchase but we know that sometimes things don’t fit how they are expected to. We are able to accept returns/exchanges of any apparel items if the customer pays shipping and a $5 restocking fee.

Please note that all Returns/Exchanges can only be accepted within 30 days of the order delivery.

Here are the steps for exchanging an item:

  1. Please mail back the item you are returning to:

    Please put a note with the order number in box/bag of your return.
  2. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the amount for the returned product.
  3. To purchase your new item, go to phcshop.com.
  4. Find the item you want to purchase for the exchange. Please check the sizing chart.
  5. Add the correct size and quantity to the Cart.
  6. Find the Exchange product ($5) and add that to the cart. That is the restocking fee.
  7. Checkout.

    Include a note with your order number and that you are requesting a refund.
  2. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the amount for the returned product.
  3. Please note that refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.

We guarantee the quality of our embroidery and apparel services. If an item gets shipped out that has a quality issue (holes, stains, etc.), we are happy to replace that at no cost to the customer once the damaged item has been returned. We must be contacted within 7 days of order delivery for any damaged or defective items.
